In a food processor or blender, add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, tarragon, basil, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, green goddess seasoning and lemon juice.
Process the mixture until it starts to break down, scraping down the sides of the processor or blender as needed.
With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and blend until the hummus becomes smooth and creamy.
If it’s too thick, gradually add water (or chickpea liquid), a tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Transfer hummus to a serving dish.
Sprinkle the pine nuts over the hummus along with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Green Goddess seasoning.
Serve with crusty bread, pita chips, fresh veggies or your preferred dippers.
