Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen acai packets
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen berries, blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of your choice of milk, cow's milk, almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • toppings of your choice, granola, sliced fruits, nuts, coconut flakes, chia seeds, cacao nibs, nut butter or honey

Instructions
 

  • Take the frozen acai packets out of the freezer and let them thaw for a few minutes.
  • In a blender, combine the acai, frozen fruit, greek yogurt, pineapple juice and milk.
  • Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk or juice to thin it out.
  • Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl.
  • Add your desired toppings to the acai bowl. You can be creative and use a combination of sliced fruits, granola, nuts, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or a drizzle of honey.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and nutritious acai bowl!
